YOUR BATTERY IS ONLY CONSIDERED AN ELIGIBLE HARDWARE ISSUE IF IT DOES NOT HOLD A PROPER CHARGE FOR 30 MINUTES WITHIN THE FIRST 7 DAYS AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE RETURN POLICY FOR HARDWARE ISSUES.

Your satisfaction is important to us, and while we make every effort to provide you with a quality refurbished product every time, we understand that things happen. Please contact us to address any issues you may encounter with your product. Please do not send your product back unless you have contacted our sales department first. Products returned to our facility without an approved RMA (Return Material Authorization) will delay the process. Your item may be eligible for return, exchange, replacement, or technical support based on the following terms and conditions:

Hardware Issues1, 2, 3

WITHIN 7 DAYS: If you experience hardware issues within the first 7 days of shipment delivery, you have the option to return or repair/replace your product at no cost to you. Please contact us and provide your order number and a description of the issue you’re encountering. We will generate an RMA and return shipping label once we have confirmed product eligibility. YOUR RETURN MUST BE POSTMARKED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RMA/SHIPPING LABEL ISSUANCE OR YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ARRANGING SHIPMENT BACK TO OUR FACILITY. If you have requested a:

  • REFUND: Your money will be refunded upon delivery of the product to our facility (within 15 business days).
  • REPAIR/REPLACEMENT: Your repaired or replacement product will be shipped out once we receive your product at our facility.

WITHIN 30 DAYS:If you experience hardware issues (not battery-related) within the first 30 days of your shipment delivery, you have the option to return or repair/replace your product at no cost to you. Please contact us and provide your order number and a description of the issue you are encountering. We will generate an RMA and return shipping label once we have confirmed product eligibility. YOUR RETURN MUST BE POSTMARKED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RMA/SHIPPING LABEL ISSUANCE OR YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ARRANGING SHIPMENT BACK TO OUR FACILITY. If you have requested a:

  • REFUND: Your money will be refunded upon delivery of the product to our facility (within 15 business days).
  • REPAIR/REPLACEMENT: We will assess whether your product needs repair/replacement once we receive it at our facility. Your repaired or replacement product will be shipped back to you.

WITHIN 1 YEAR (Parts and Labor): If you experience hardware issues within the first year of your shipment delivery, we have the option to repair or replace your product/parts provided you pay for shipping back to our facility. Please contact us and provide your order number and a description of the issue you are encountering. We will generate an RMA once we have confirmed product eligibility. We will assess whether your product needs repair/replacement once we receive it at our facility, and we will ship your product back once the issues are resolved at no shipping cost to you. YOUR RETURN MUST BE POSTMARKED WITHIN THE 1-YEAR TIMEFRAME TO BE ELIGIBLE.

  • REFUNDS: Are not allowed after the first 30 days.
  • REPAIR/REPLACEMENT: We will assess whether your product needs repair/replacement once we receive it at our facility.

Returns and Upgrades/Exchanges3

WITHIN 30 DAYS: You have the option to return or upgrade/exchange your purchase subject to the following conditions:

  • RETURNS: You may return your product within 30 days for a refund minus a 25% restocking fee. Please contact us and we will generate an RMA and shipping label for your return. YOUR RETURN MUST BE POSTMARKED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RMA/SHIPPING LABEL ISSUANCE OR YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ARRANGING SHIPMENT BACK TO OUR FACILITY.
  • EXCHANGES/UPGRADES: We will apply 75% of your original purchase price to your requested product upgrade or exchange within the first 30 days. Please contact us to request an RMA and shipping label for your return. YOUR RETURN MUST BE POSTMARKED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RMA/SHIPPING LABEL ISSUANCE OR YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ARRANGING SHIPMENT BACK TO OUR FACILITY.

Extended Warranty:  All extended warranties are NON refundable. 

Footnotes

1. If your product is deemed to have no hardware issue upon testing at our facility, you may request a refund (within 30 days) or re-shipment of your product (within 1 year) subject to the restocking/shipping fees listed above.

2. Your battery is only considered an eligible hardware issue if it does not hold a proper charge for 30 minutes within the first 7 days and will be subject to the return policy for hardware issues above.

3. Please be sure to place all products being sent back in their original or similar packaging. Product damage or loss due to improper packaging may lead to incursion of additional fees and/or may render your product ineligible for return/exchange/replacement.
